By enquiring about, booking, renting or occupying any space at Henley Village, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all uses of Henley Village services and facilities.
Henley Village grants you a licence to occupy the space allocated to you for your business or creative use. This licence is not a lease or tenancy, and does not confer any rights of ownership. You agree to use the space only for permitted business or creative activities and in compliance with all applicable laws, planning regulations and health & safety requirements.
All fees and charges are payable in advance in accordance with the agreed rental term. You are responsible for ensuring that payments are made on time. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in restricted access to your space.
You, and authorised representatives, may access your allocated space within any access provisions set by Henley Village. Henley Village reserves the right to change access hours temporarily where necessary. Only authorised persons may access your space. We may refuse access or enter the space with reasonable notice in cases of emergency, security concerns, breach of these terms, or legal requirement.
Spaces at Henley Village are intended for business, creative, workshop, co-working, storage of equipment and stock, and related professional uses. You must not use the space for residential occupation, illegal activity, or any hazardous uses. You must keep your space safe, clean, and properly maintained.
Henley Village is not responsible for loss, damage, theft or injury to your property or possessions unless directly caused by negligence on the part of Henley Village. You are strongly recommended to maintain adequate insurance covering your business operations, equipment, stock and liability related to your use of the space.
You are responsible for maintaining your own equipment, fixtures and fittings within your space. Henley Village is not required to repair or replace your property except where damage has been caused by our proven negligence. You must notify us promptly of any damage to the property or any required repairs.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including fire safety, planning, workspace usage permissions, and health & safety requirements. You are responsible for obtaining any required licences or permits for your use.
You agree not to cause nuisance, annoyance, unreasonable disturbance, or create a hazard to other occupiers or visitors. Henley Village reserves the right to terminate this agreement or restrict access if your actions breach these terms or cause harm to the community.
Either party may terminate the licence by giving notice in accordance with the agreed terms. On termination, you must vacate your space, remove all possessions, and leave the area clean and in good condition. Henley Village may terminate immediately without notice for breach of these terms or unlawful use.
Henley Village may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time with reasonable notice. Your continued use of the space after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
All notices from Henley Village to you may be sent by email, SMS, post or other agreed contact method. Notices are considered received within specified timeframes depending on method of delivery.
Henley Village processes and stores personal and business data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR), as set out in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute or claim arising under these terms shall first be addressed through mediation and, if unresolved, referred to the courts of England and Wales.
